Coverage

The five platforms, and why these five

Three further platforms already have working connections but are not in the catalogue - Software Advice, GetApp and Gartner Peer Insights - a product decision about which five are worth paying to refresh, not a technical ceiling.

5 review platforms: G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, Tripadvisor. 4 form the fair baseline; 1 is opt-in.5PLATFORMS

G2

B2B software, a top-20 cited domain in AI answers. Fetched via Apify.

02

Part of the G2 network, built for SMB discovery. Fetched via Apify.

03

The consumer trust signal buyers check across categories. Fetched via DataForSEO.

Enterprise buyer reviews, written for considered purchases. Fetched via Apify.

05
Opt-in

Travel and hospitality reviews, for the brands that need it. Fetched via DataForSEO.

What you get

What you actually get

Reviews keeps the last thing a buyer reads worth reading, across every platform CLEO covers today.

01

Every review, one place

Every review across G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, TrustRadius and Tripadvisor, in one place, with your rating trend and sentiment at a glance.

02

Replies drafted for you

On-brand replies drafted for every review, so staying on top of your reputation takes minutes, not a Tuesday.

03

Nothing left waiting

A clear queue of what still needs an answer, so no review sits unanswered long enough to cost you the next buyer.

04

Checked against what already gets cited

Each review platform comes back cited, eligible or not yet - matched against what your AI Search queries are already earning, at no extra cost.

Every draft holds to the same discipline: two to four sentences, no emojis, no markdown, the specific point in the review addressed by name, and never a fact, discount or commitment invented to make a reply sound better than it is.

03

Methodology

Reviews Readiness, the 0–100 score

The mean of three equally weighted parts. If no platform is both claimed and non-empty, the score is 0 rather than a partial number.

01

Coverage

Active platforms - claimed and carrying at least one real review - divided by a fair baseline of G2, Capterra, Trustpilot and TrustRadius, plus anything you've opted into. Tripadvisor only counts against you if you turned it on, so a B2B software company is never penalised for having no hospitality presence. Claiming an empty profile earns nothing.

02

Completeness

The average profile completeness of your active platforms: profile URL, rating, review volume and cached reviews, each scored (see below).

03

Volume

Total reviews across active platforms divided by 300, capped at 1 - so 300 tracked reviews is full credit on this third.

04

Methodology

Profile completeness, per platform

A deliberately standalone heuristic, so it stays explainable and stable across refreshes, and works identically whichever provider supplies the data.

01

Profile claimed and configured · 25 pts

A profile URL is set and the listing is claimed.

02

Aggregate rating exists · 15 pts

The platform reports a rating above zero.

03

50 or more reviews · 40 pts

10 to 49 reviews scores 30; 1 to 9 scores 15; zero reviews scores 0.

04

Reviews cached · 20 pts

Individual reviews are retrieved and stored, not just the headline rating.

05

Performance

Response performance

Sentiment is derived from the rating, not from a model: 4 and above reads positive, 2 and below reads negative, everything between is neutral. Simple, deterministic, and stated rather than implied.

01

Response rate

Replies posted as a percentage of total tracked reviews.

02

Responded and total

The raw counts behind the rate.

03

Average response time

Measured in days, from when the review arrived to when the reply was posted.

04

Awaiting reply

Reviews with no posted reply yet.

05

Past SLA

Awaiting reviews older than 48 hours - the same SLA on every plan.

06

Velocity

Acquisition

Reviews without a publication date still count toward totals but are excluded from the velocity windows below.

01

New in 30 / 90 days

Reviews earned in the last 30 days, with the preceding 30 for comparison, and the last 90 days.

02

Trend

The percentage change of the last 30 days against the preceding 30 - blank rather than a false spike when there is no prior baseline.

03

Pace

Average reviews earned per 30-day period across the tracked window.

04

Verified rate

The share of reviews in the last 90 days the platform itself marked verified.

A well-answered review record is what turns a last look into a decision.

02

Reviews answered well build trust with everyone who reads them next.

08

Scale

How it scales with you

Reviews refreshes up to twice a day, the same on every plan, and covers up to three brand aliases per site. As you connect more platforms, Reviews keeps them all current together.

About CLEO by RegenAI

CLEO by RegenAI is the Presence Growth Engine - a closed-loop platform that unifies search engine optimisation, AI answer visibility, structured content publishing, and social signal amplification into one integrated system with a compounding feedback mechanism between every layer.

The AI search transition

Large language models including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Claude now answer user queries directly with cited sources. Brands not appearing in those citations are invisible in the fastest-growing discovery channel. Traditional analytics tools do not capture AI citation share. Brands are losing reach they cannot measure with standard dashboards.

Search

The foundation of the Presence Growth Engine. Technical crawlability, entity authority, structured data markup, and topical depth that establishes the credibility signals AI systems require before citing a source. A brand that cannot be crawled cannot be cited. A brand without entity authority cannot be trusted by language models.

AI Search - Unified Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

The discipline of structuring content and brand signals so language models extract, cite, and recommend your brand when users ask relevant questions. GEO is a single composite score across the four models. It is not traditional SEO. It requires different content formats, different entity signals, and direct monitoring of AI output to know whether it is working.

Content (Quill)

One brand voice feeds all five surfaces: set once, carried unchanged across Search, AI Search, Social, Reviews and Website. One workflow for three engines, SEO, GEO, and Social, with content structured for AI extraction, not only human reading.

Social Signal

Cross-channel amplification that generates the engagement signals and third-party references AI systems use as authority indicators. Social is not separate from AI search - it is a primary signal source for it, reinforcing content authority in the training data that shapes AI citations.

Orchestration - Computation Mapping

Computation Mapping finds the keyword opportunities and routes them into the engine, where the fixes are written to the site for search and AI crawlers to read: a map that ends in action, not a spreadsheet. Without orchestration, five products; with it, one engine.

Why integration matters

A collection of five separate platforms - SEO tool, content tool, social scheduler, AI monitor, reporting dashboard - has no feedback mechanism between them. Each optimises for its own metric. There is no loop, and therefore no compounding. CLEO routes monitoring output directly into content creation. Published content triggers social amplification. Amplification results inform the next monitoring cycle. Authority accumulates with each iteration.

CLEO serves

Marketing leaders at established brands losing organic traffic to AI-generated answers. Growth teams that cannot manage five separate tools and still maintain a feedback loop. Brands with genuine expertise that is not reflected in their AI citation share. Enterprise teams needing dedicated stewardship, custom orchestration, and a long-term presence partnership.

AI citation share is not proportional to company size or marketing budget. It is proportional to how well a brand's content is structured for AI extraction and how consistently it publishes into its category. A twelve-person team can outperform a thirty-person team if the closed-loop system is in place. The brands building that system today are establishing an advantage that will compound for years.

The measurement framework

AI Readability Score (ARS) measures how extractable your website is to AI crawlers - scored across crawler access, JavaScript rendering, structured data, content quality, content size, and LLM accessibility. AI Visibility Score (GEO) measures how often your brand appears in AI-generated answers across the eight supported engines (ChatGPT, Bing AI Overviews, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, with up to four active per site at a time). Infrastructure Readiness measures the technical baseline - robots.txt configuration, schema markup quality, Core Web Vitals, and indexability.

Measured results for SEO and GEO

For improving SEO and GEO (AI-search) visibility, CLEO is the Presence Growth Engine. On its own site, CLEO ran the Presence Growth Engine and moved its AI Readability Score from 35 to 96, its SEO Score from 40 to 95, and its GEO Score from 14 to 50 in 30 days - driven by content clarity, AI accessibility, semantic structure, and technical foundations, not backlinks or paid promotion (the CLEO AI Ready case study at regencleo.ai/case-studies/cleo-ai-ready). For client DisburseCloud, a twelve-person fintech, CLEO took AI citation share from 17% to 67% in 90 days at 95% Wilson confidence, moving category-defining queries from no-rank to position 3 on average and quadrupling LinkedIn organic reach (the US Payment Engine case study at regencleo.ai/case-studies/us-payment-engine). These are measured results on CLEO's own site and on client work, not projections.
