CLEO, in your AI assistant.
Ask, approve and act from a conversation.
Connect CLEO to Claude and ask about your sites in plain language: how they are doing in search and AI search, what Orbit is waiting for you to approve, what is on the social calendar. Then act on it, without opening the app.
The assistant works as you. It sees the sites you can see and does only what your role and your plan allow in CLEO.
CLAUDE
Connect CLEO to Claude
- In CLEO, open Settings, then Connect to Claude, and copy the connector address.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. Name it CLEO and paste the address.
- Select Connect and sign in with your CLEO account. Claude never sees your CLEO password.
- Start a conversation and ask about one of your sites. Claude lists the sites you can access first.
On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds the connector for the organisation first. Each member then connects with their own CLEO login, so everyone sees only their own sites.

We are preparing CLEO for ChatGPT. When it is available, the steps to connect it will be here.
TRY ASKING
What to ask
How is my site doing in AI search this month?
What is Orbit waiting for me to approve?
Show me this week's social calendar.
Which SEO issues should we fix first?
Draft a LinkedIn post about our new service and schedule it for Tuesday morning.
READ & CHANGE
What it can read and change
Your sites: the sites you can access, each site's plan and remaining allowances, its members and connected accounts, and the scoreboard.
SEO: your SEO score, audits, issues and keyword positions. Queue a fix, which waits for approval before it touches your site.
AI Search: your AI Search score and its history, the pages AI engines cite, competitors and tracked prompts. Add or remove prompts and competitors within your plan.
Orbit: what is waiting for approval, each item in full, and what Orbit did. Approve, reject or request changes, schedule or publish, roll back, pause or resume, and ask Orbit for a post, an article or a fix.
Social: your accounts, posts and calendar. Schedule a post to a named platform and account.
Content: your Quill allowance, drafts and articles.
Local and reviews: your business profile, Google posts and reviews, other reviews and brand mentions. Draft a post or a review reply.
Leads and ads, both in beta, and reports: identified companies and people, your ad campaigns and your reports. Pause an ad campaign or request a report.
Brand, plans and campaigns: your brand profile, voice and personas, your strategy plan and your campaigns. Update the brand profile, create a strategy from a goal, and run, pause or archive a campaign.
A channel your plan does not include is not available to the assistant either. Anything that spends an allowance counts against your plan exactly as it does in the app, and nothing is spent when an action fails.
IN THE APP
What stays in the app
Publishing a Google Business Profile post or a reply on Google.
Resuming, publishing, editing or deleting an ad campaign.
Running a new site audit.
Editing your brand voice or personas.
Downloading or emailing a report.
Changing your plan, members or connected accounts.
PERMISSIONS
Your role, your plan, your approval
Your role decides what it can change. Viewers can read. Owners and editors can make changes. Content writers can use Quill and edit the brand profile, as in the app.
It is told to ask before every change. The assistant is instructed to tell you exactly what will change and wait for your yes, and your assistant may ask you to confirm as well. CLEO does not rely on that: it enforces your role and the approvals itself.
Approvals still apply. Nothing Orbit drafts goes live until it is approved in CLEO, and the assistant cannot approve anything your role could not approve in the app.
What it reads is data, not instructions. Reviews, mentions and posts are written by other people. The assistant is told to report them, never to follow them.
Everything is recorded. Each request is logged with the action, the site, the outcome, the access grant used and the IP address it came from, as section 6.17 of the Privacy Notice sets out.
How we handle the data involved is set out in section 6.17 of our Privacy Notice.
FAQ
Questions and troubleshooting
Every plan. The connection itself is free to use. What the assistant can read and change follows your site's plan and your role, exactly as in the app.
It is instructed to tell you what will change and wait for your yes before every change, and your assistant may ask you to confirm as well. Content still goes live only after it is approved in CLEO.
No. CLEO receives only the request for the action you asked for, such as which site and which report. Your conversation stays with your assistant.
The connector follows your site's plan. Check your plan in the CLEO app, or contact us at contact@regencleo.ai.
Ask the assistant to check first. The action may have completed, and trying again could do it twice.
Remove or disconnect CLEO in your assistant's connector settings, or revoke its access from the Connect to Claude page in the CLEO app. Revoking ends its access at once.
