The second letter

A letter from our founder

Why CLEO has a centre, and what it changes.

FromRhythm, FounderDatelineNovember 2026Subjectg

In September I wrote to announce a category, Presence Growth, and a claim: that CLEO was the first engine to run a brand's entire presence autonomously, under approval. Both stand. This letter is about what we learned once the engine was running on real sites, and what we built because of it.

We learned that the surfaces were never separate. A customer writes "same-day setup" in a review. A week later an AI engine, asked how fast a business like ours can start, names a competitor, because nothing on our site says what our customers already say. The ad that converts best uses a phrase no page on the site contains. The post that earns the most engagement is on a topic Quill has never been asked to write. Each of our channels was doing its job well and throwing away what the others needed.

So we gave CLEO a centre. We call it g, for gravity, because the heavier the centre, the stronger the pull. g is one living picture of your business, in four parts: what you offer and how you sound, what your buyers ask, every surface you live on, and what every action did. Every channel reads g before it acts and writes back after. That is the whole rule, and we enforce it in the engine, not in a guideline.

Five loops now run through the centre. The one I watch most is the first: a question where an engine names a rival and not you becomes an article, the article is amplified, and g records the day an engine first cites it. On one client site the first article took 26 days to be cited. The latest took 11. Nothing about the writing changed. What changed is that the second article started from what the first one did.

This is the second dated claim we are making, and it is separate from the first: CLEO is the first marketing engine where every channel reads from and writes back to one centre. It has its own four tests and its own evidence page, with every vendor we reviewed named and dated. If anyone shows us a platform that passed those tests before our date, we will withdraw it. Read the basis before you take my word for it.

One more thing we learned, from the developer who built it. Some of what g learns is about you, and some of it is about businesses in general. That a listing with a physical address lifts how AI engines rate a business is true of everyone. So g has two layers: a global core of findings that every client reads, and a layer that is yours alone. A fact about you never leaves your layer. A finding, once enough sites prove it, belongs to all of them. Every client starts where the last one finished, and keeps what they build.

What does not change: nothing goes live without your yes. g changes what Orbit proposes and why. It does not change who decides.

About CLEO by RegenAI

CLEO by RegenAI is the Presence Growth Engine: interconnected marketing that runs itself. CLEO runs a brand's Maps, Search, AI Search, Social, Reviews and Leads from one centre, g, so every channel makes the others stronger. In Orbit, its autonomous mode, CLEO finds the work, does it and brings it to one approval queue. Every action is logged with its before and after, and any applied fix reverses in one click. CLEO created the Presence Growth category and, on 18 September 2026, became the world's first engine to run a brand's entire presence autonomously, under approval. On 2 November 2026 it became the first where every channel reads from and writes back to one centre. Evidence at regencleo.ai/worlds-first, and a free scan at regencleo.ai/scan.
